退換貨政策

我們提供 7 天鑑賞期,也就是您在收到商品後的 7 天內,可以提出退貨申請。

要符合退貨條件,商品必須與您收到時的狀態相同,未穿著、未使用、吊牌完整,且保持原包裝。您也需要提供收據或購買證明。

損壞與瑕疵商品

請您在收到商品後立即檢查,若有瑕疵、損壞,或收到錯誤的商品,請立即與我們聯繫,我們將儘快協助處理。

不可退貨商品

部分商品因性質特殊,恕不接受退貨,包括但不限於:

- 易腐壞商品(如食品、花卉或植物)

- 客製化商品(如個人化訂製或特殊訂單)

- 個人用品(如美容產品)

- 危險物品、易燃液體或氣體

最快的方式是:先辦理退貨,待退貨申請通過後,您可再重新下單購買想要的商品。

歐盟 14 天冷靜期政策

若您的訂單寄送至歐盟地區,您有權在收到商品後 14 天內,無需提供理由即可取消或退回訂單。
退貨條件與上述相同:商品需保持原狀,未穿著、未使用、吊牌與包裝完整,並附上購買證明。

退款

當我們收到並檢查您的退貨後,將通知您退款是否核准。
若核准,我們會於 10 個工作天內 將金額退回至您原本的付款方式。

請注意:銀行或信用卡公司可能需要額外時間處理退款入帳。

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chipasuorders@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2F, No. 55, Lane 187, Section 1, Dunhua South Road, Da’an District, Taipei City 106, Taiwan (R.O.C.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
